Elie Company Limited is a Ghanaian owned company based in Tema Having a team of highly skilled technical professionals with experience in NDT, Calibration, Vehicle Inspection, Welding, Pipeline Installation and Servicing of Boilers.
We perform Non – Destructive Test (NDT) on Bulk Road Vehicles (BRVs), Surface Tanks, Liquid Petroleum Tanks, Liquid Petroleum Trucks, Pipelines and Vertical Tanks. We also undertake NDT Services such as Pressure Testing, Hydro-static Test, Thickness Gauging and Radiographic Inspection.
PRESSURE TESTING:
At Elie Company Limited, state of the art equipment is used to test the integrity of the pressure on new pressure equipment, or on previously installed pressure and piping equipment that has undergone an alteration or repair to its boundary. We understand the importance of integrity assurance to our clients; hence no compromise approach to this is employed. Pressure Test can be performed on Underground Tanks, Bulk Road Vehicles (BRVs), Vertical Tanks, Hose Continuity and Liquid Petroleum Gas.
THICKNESS GUAGING:
This type of measurement is typically performed using a calibrated ultrasonic thickness gauge. ECL’s equipment is light weight; robust and highly portable, results are instant. If necessary, our testing can be carried out through paintwork.

HYDROSTATIC TEST:
Leakages in pressure vessels such as pipelines, plumbing, gas cylinders, boilers and fuel tanks can be disastrous to both the environment and human lives, at Elie Company Limited, stringent procedures that comply with international standards are used to test for leakages and loose ends.
Hydrostatic testing is the most recommended method employed for testing pipes and pressure vessels internationally. Using this test helps maintain safety standards and durability of a vessel over time.
RADIOGRAPHY INSPECTION:
At Elie Company Limited we employ high tech X-Ray equipment in conducting radiographic inspection of machinery such as pressure vessels to detect flaws. We are specialize in inspection of welded joint also.
Our highly skilled staff conduct X-Ray inspections on variety of materials. We issue certificates to guarantee the quality of inspections and assure our clients of the the safe use of machinery and vessels.
